Hillsborough County N.H. had a population of 400,721 in 2010, which was 30.4% of the state’s 1,316,470 people. Within the County the population division was:
Manchester: 109,565 (27.3%)
Nashua: 86,494 (21.6%)
29 Towns: 204,662 (51.1%)

The Hillsborough County Democratic Committee is made up of all registered Democrats in the 29 towns. These towns have 15.5% of the state’s population. The towns ranged in population from Windsor’s 224 to Merrimack’s 25,494.
